I am going on holidays for 2 months! I hired a PA/VA to take over!

From the July 3rd till the 23rd of August Ill be on holidays in Europe with a 12 hour time difference. 

I am training a VA/PA to take over customer service entirely so during this time I should have someone else already doing CS for me (acting as me), if shit hits the fan ill still be able to be contacted but I wont be looking into complaints or anything during my holiday to ensure I actually have a fun holiday.

So during this time any order issues can be fixed, any filament issues can be fixed and any minor complaints can be handled. Any purchase orders can be taken as well there is no impact to support. 

Any explosive complaints which barely happen (only happened 3 times this year) I will not look at, this my only 2 months which I do almost nothing but have fun and party, Ill be leaving my work phone here as well as I really want to detach for those 2 months. Again if there is a major issue which isnt a complaint ill look into it but otherwise the complaints will be handled after my trip if the VA cannot solve it. I barely get them anyways so I don't except any but just a heads up, I understand the frustration but relax. 


Orders will have a delay as it will be my dad packing! he will be going around picking orders and then packing them each day. due to the new scanner system and order imaging system basically anyone can pack orders now with 99% accuracy. My dad is fast but since it will just be him doing the work it will take 2-3 days for orders to go out unless I get someone to help along side him, to be honest he can get the work done faster on his own!

Also im slowly delegating tasks and taking steps back to focus on just making new colours, launching new products and taking more trips to china, I intend to visit monthly as I am now ordering 20000 rolls a month and its easier for me to go and inspect monthly to make sure the colours are all correct before they are sent out.
