Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

10PM is the cut off time for shipments for the following day. EG. Order before 10PM Monday to have your order shipped Tuesday (sometimes it can take longer to process orders).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note, any parcels marked with ATL and any parcels that go missing after being marked as delivered with proof of delivery such as a photo. Will require a Police Report / Statutory declaration to get a refund. This is due to a recent order which went missing under very odd circumstances even with a POD photo 

We cant issue refunds for lost parcels until sendle completes their investigations, which may take up to 30 days, if a parcel is lost, we will have to follow the steps to recover it, then we can issue a refund.

Once the parcel is with the couriers we can't really do anything, so please choose couriers depending on past experience, any parcels marked as ATL which are lost after being delivered and have a proof of delivery photo will be your liability.
