How it works

  1. Step 1

    Place your order

    Order at siddament.com.au and choose pickup as the delivery method at checkout. Pickup is free, there is no surcharge.

  2. Step 2

    Wait for the pickup code

    Once your order is packed and loaded into a locker, you get an email with your pickup code. Same day is typical for orders placed before mid afternoon, later orders are usually ready the next morning. Wait for that email before you drive over.

  3. Step 3

    Come by any time

    The lockers do not follow showroom hours. They are accessible every hour of every day, with parking on site.

  4. Step 4

    Enter your code and collect

    Punch the pickup code into the locker keypad. The right compartment pops open. Take your order, close the door, done. About two minutes from pulling up to driving away.

90 Victoria Road, North Parramatta NSW 2151

Sydney's west, about 25 minutes from the CBD, close to Parramatta, Northmead, Westmead, Baulkham Hills, Blacktown and Ryde. Parking on site, and the lockers are clearly signed.

Questions

Do I need the showroom to be open?

No. The lockers are outside showroom hours by design, which is the whole point of them.

How much does pickup cost?

Nothing. Choose pickup at checkout instead of a shipping method.

How long will my order stay there?

Up to 7 days. Need longer? Email support@siddament.com.au and we will hold it.

What if my order is too big for a locker?

Multi roll boxes and printers are held inside instead. The email tells you how to collect those.

Can someone else collect for me?

Yes. Whoever has the pickup code can open the locker, so forward them the email.

Check the spam folder first, then email support@siddament.com.au with your order number and we will resend it.

Can I pick up filament the same day I order?

Usually yes if the order is in before mid afternoon and the colours are in stock. The pickup code email is the confirmation.
