How the Siddament 24/7 Filament Pickup Locker Works
Step 1: Place your order
Order at siddament.com.au. At checkout, select pickup as the delivery method. Pickup is free, no surcharge.
Step 2: Wait for the pickup code
Once your order is packed and placed in the locker, you receive a notification with your pickup code by email. Same-day pickup is typical for orders placed before mid-afternoon; later orders are usually ready by the next morning.
Step 3: Drive to the locker
Address: 90 Victoria Road, North Parramatta NSW 2151. The locker is accessible 24 hours a day. Parking on site. The locker is clearly signed.
Step 4: Enter your code and collect
Enter your pickup code on the locker keypad. The correct compartment opens. Take your order and close the door.
That is it
No queue, no staff to wait on, no business hours. The whole pickup takes about 2 minutes from arrival to driving away.
What if I cannot collect for a few days?
Orders stay in the locker for up to 7 days. If you need longer, email support@siddament.com.au to arrange.
Can I collect parts at the same time?
Yes. The 24/7 parts vending machine at the Siddament warehouse stocks the most common 3D printer spares: nozzles, hotends, build sheets, adhesion products and printer-brand specific spares. Available any time, day or night. You can grab vending parts on the same trip.
