📦 Shipping Liability & ATL Options

At Siddament, we offer multiple shipping methods to balance cost and reliability. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

AusPost Tracked + Insured

Includes full tracking and insurance.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace* or refund it at no cost to you.

*If an item is lost after it was packed and sent in an order, the item will be refunded for you to add into your next order, if the item was time sensitive and was SPECIFICALLY filament, it may be resent. Novelty items such as lighters, cutters and add ons will be refunded not replaced as these are not cost effective to send on their own. 

Please note: not all items will be resent we prefer refunds as they are the fastest and most cost effective way on our end.

⚠️ Aramex ATL – No Liability

These services use Authority to Leave (ATL). This means parcels may be left unattended at your address.

Once marked Shipped by Siddament, Siddament is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after dispatch for any ATL orders.

By selecting one of these options, you accept all risk associated with delivery.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost in transit or stolen parcels under ATL services.

Customers are required to acknowledge and agree to this policy during checkout when choosing ATL options.

We recommend selecting AusPost Tracked + Insured for valuable or time-sensitive orders to ensure peace of mind.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

10PM is the cut off time for shipments for the following day. EG. Order before 10PM Monday to have your order shipped Tuesday (sometimes it can take longer to process orders).

 
PICKUPS ARE DAILY VIA ALL COMPANIES
