WOOD infused PETG

Contains real wood that can be sanded back once printed and stained using varnish to give it a coloured finish. Great for aesthetic prints and can be used outdoors. The wood texture masks layers lines to ensure a smooth finish on the print.

Please note each roll of wood can be a slightly diffrent shade, they are all within the same colour but some are dark and some are light, thats just the properties of using real wood

    I will always aim for having the same colour across multiple batches, but with such a wide range of materials, a colour variation between batches is bound to happen eventually. While it is rare, it can still occur. If a colour is noticeably different it will be sold off as clearance stock.

    I do love it - just drying the living shite out of it.

    Old review: Love the look of it but with a 0.4 nozzle its been clogging for me 3/3 prints. Usually middle of the print. Fortunately 0.6mm works but a heads up would have been good
    New review: after drying the F out of it, it prints just fine. Love the woodsy look. Definitely a spool i want to keep on hand at all times for household prints.

    Hey! The wood should work perfectly fine on a 0.4 nozzle! The test prints are all done for the wood with 0.4. So there is either 2 things that can cause this issue.

    Either the wood needs more drying or the roll might be out of spec.

    The wood dust measures 0.02-0.04 in length so it's around 10-20x smaller then the nozzle. It's a fine powder almost. Try it again with a 0.4 and a touch more drying. 0.6 is the ideal nozzle but .4 is what I run.

    Prints Great

    Surprised how well this prints in comparison to other wood filled filaments I have used! Colour does vary a lot with different perimeters throughout the print, but it adds a very natural look.

    Great filament, as usual 😊

    It was slightly stringy, but that was to be expected from this type of filament. Nothing that heat gun didn’t quickly fix up.

    Looks great, more realistic looking than standard pla/petg. I printed a few dice holding trees, and they turned out great. Completely forgot to get a picture before I passed them on. Will definitely take some next time 😁.

    Looks good, bit stringy

    I've had a good go getting it to print without being stringy on a Sovol SV07, but it's always stringy even after lots of drying. No issues clogging with it though on a 0.4 nozzle. Found it good for what I needed using a 0.8 nozzle for larger items (trays/pots/saucers, etc.).
