ASA CF Filament Produced By Nature3d

A high-quality filament combining ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) with 20% by weight of chopped carbon fibers. These carbon fibers, measuring 0.2mm-0.3mm in length and 0.03-0.04mm in width, enhance the filament's strength, stiffness, and heat resistance. Perfect for demanding applications that require durability and weather resistance. Ideal for outdoor functional parts, automotive components, and engineering projects.




Recommended settings:

  • Printing temperature: 280-300°C
  • Bed temperature: 80-100°C
  • Printing speed: 40-300mm/s

Great quality filament! Stuck to the recommended slicer profiles for Bambu P1s and the print quality is exceptional. Great value for money!

Great filament and very strong!

Honestly was kind of scared to try printing this, however it just worked like a charm, used the same settings I use for ABS (but bumped up temperature to 255) and came out perfectly. I did notice the diameter is pretty all over the place (from 1.61 to 1.73 within a 1 meter strip), however this could be partly because of the roughness of the filament due to the 20% CF. It still printed perfectly so, i count it as a win 🤷

Print Settings (for my RatRig V-Core with mosquito magnum, 0.4mm nozzle):
- Extruder 255c
- Bed 115c
- Chamber 45c
- Extrusion multiplier 0.92%
