Don’t spend $40 on bed adhesives and “polymer level glue” make it yourself for cheaper!
Add 50ml water + 50ml 99% alcohol + 1g powder
Each bag is 5grams so you can make up to 500ml which should last for thousands of prints (Now available in larger quantities)
if using the entire bag mix 250:250:5
250ml water 250ml alcohol 5 grams powder
Mix thoroughly and apply to hot bed above 90c with either a spray bottle or a acrylic paint marker. This should Vaporise the goop and this should in turn leave a thin film of PVA powder on the bed increasing adhesion and this will also act as a release agent.
Apply every 5-10 prints for consistency sticking parts down.
Made neat into 70% iso alcohol and works brilliantly.
This stuff was sent down from a 3D Printing heaven to prevent all further suffering !
Works great, with PLA, abs and petg.
I am coiming from paying 40$ for "Nano polimer adhesive" and this is working just as great.
Better than glue sticks and hairspray. Goes on easy, cleans off easy.
Works for every filament I’ve tried.
I use 70% IPA/ISO (100%) and 30% water ratio because I feel like it, but it worked the same at 50/50.
Won’t use anything else now.
Packaging on this is a winner. Worried I’m on a list somewhere now.. A+++
