Massive Spike in Cracked spools (6 so far)

Massive Spike in Cracked spools (6 so far)

We are seeing a bunch of aramex shipped orders arriving with cracked spools, we have had 1 cracked spool over the  past few years and recently this christmas period we have seen a influx of cracked spools, by influx i mean 6 reported out of the 22000 sold, this is a very small amount but still a crazy increase over the past.

we are working to find out the root cause but all cracked spools have been via aramex and mostly to brisbane. V2 spools seem uneffected due to their strength.

its bad enough that Im making this post!

Hi, I run a small 3D printing business and have been buying filament from 5 places, 3 in Townsville (where I’m based) Ink Station and Temu, All the filament I buy local (even your filament now from Rising Sun FPV) has been great, the 2 that I get shipped are great filament but 1 always has issues and it is the sent from Temu using Aramex, every parcel from them has been damaged or late or both and sometimes even not turn up at all, Australia Post is the best, I have not had any major Issues with anything sent to me using them and on the 1 item that did have a small issue, Australia Post took care of everything for me.
Keep up the great work and I’ll be buying more of your filament soon, who knows, one day I might even become a distributor for your filament.

Recently retired here but have spent the last 15 years having to deal with couriers in general. I/we found that Aramex (Fastway) was not a particularly good courier being both slow and somewhat rough with the goods. We avoided using them for our dispatched goods but could not avoid them for received goods, unfortunately!
