Due to the influx of orders and growth of siddament, I can’t / don’t want to take calls, the call volume has gone from 5-10 calls per week to 20-30 per day regarding questions and advice. I’m more than happy to provide it over messages or email so it’s easier to refer back to.
the problem is I use to be able to keep track of calls and follow ups but with so many calls recently I haven’t been able to follow up or keep track of calls.
hence why I prefer emails and messages where I can see the history of the communication back and fourth.
now calls will still be open if something is needed urgently, or if your having trouble with picking up your order but please message me first. prior to calling to make sure I have some context so I can better answer you on the call and I can prepare a response because I suck at thinking on the spot.
