How the quote works
Most quoting tools guess from the size of your file. Ours runs it through the real slicer with the real profile, so the time and the plastic are measured, not estimated.

What it costs
Machine time by the hour, filament by the roll. No design fee, no setup fee, nothing hidden at the end.
Because filament is sold whole, whatever your print does not use is still yours. We hold it on your shelf for 90 days, and the next job you send prints off that roll before it touches a new one.

All of it is filament we stock and sell ourselves. That is why the colour range is this wide, and why we know how each one behaves on a plate.

Your files stay yours
Models are only ever used to quote and print your job. They are never uploaded anywhere else.
Common questions
How long does it take?
Two business days of handling before it ships, plus the print time itself and the courier. Big jobs get split across machines, so a long print does not always mean a long wait. The quote shows you the estimate before you order.
What file types can I upload?
STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, STP and AMF, up to 1000 MB each. You can drop in several parts at once and they get quoted together.
Do you print in colour, or multi-material?
Each part is printed in one colour. If you need a model in several colours, send the parts separately and we will print each in the colour you pick.
How big can a part be?
Up to 300 x 300 mm on the plate. Anything larger needs to be split into parts, and we are happy to talk that through before you order.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Pickup is free from North Parramatta, and delivery anywhere in Australia is free too, so pick whichever suits you.
What happens to the filament I do not use?
It stays yours. Filament is sold as whole rolls, we keep the remainder on your shelf for 90 days, and your next job prints off it before we open a new one.
Is the quote final?
The price you are shown is what you pay. The service is still in beta, so we do check every quote by hand before it goes to the floor, and we come back to you if anything about the model needs sorting out first.
