Local Pickups?
As of the 23rd May pickups have been fully closed down till I return back on the 23rd of August. All orders still ship daily and will be packed daily while i'm gone
Can I walk in anytime?
NO!
Its a 24/7 shop once you place your order and get the pickup ready email it will then be placed in a locker for you to grab at ANYTIME.
(Currently pickups are closed)
Do you take Cash Payments?
Since the change to the contactless pickups, Cash payments are disabled, trust me I love cash but I never keep cash on hand or change on hand so its easier to do bank transfers or use the eftpos terminal instore (once it comes back)
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes at the checkout it is up to you to select what postage service you want to use.
US ORDERS are now disabled due to tariffs
How much is shipping?
its calculated at checkout so please do not email me asking how much the shipping is, as I do not know its automatic when you checkout.
Whats the fastest shipping method?
Australia Post Express is the fastest to most places.
Sendle Is usually next day to most metro areas in NSW and VIC
Does your filament work in the AMS or CFS or material systems?
YES! The rolls used to be cardboard but have now been switched back to plastic as plastic is better for all these new printers with their new systems.
What is the easiest material for me to start with?
PLA, Pla is the most common material used in printing, its super easy to print and usually prints fine out of the box.
Do you offer B2B Pricing and B2B delayed payments?
YES!
If you are a School, Business, Uni or other entity with a Valid ABN, you can choose to pay up to 30 days after the order has been sent on payment cycles if your eligible and considered a low risk.
