The whole point of this site is accurate information, live stock and honest pricing. The price you see is the price.

Local Pickups?
YES! Place an order online and wait for the Pickup Ready email. Your order gets loaded into a locker and you can collect it almost anytime.
Can I walk in anytime?
NO. This is a 24/7 contactless shop, not a retail store. Once you get the Pickup Ready email your order sits in a locker with your name on it, grab it whenever suits you.
Do you take Cash Payments?
No. Since the switch to contactless pickups, cash is disabled. I love cash but there is no till and no change on site, so pay by card online or ask about a bank transfer.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Select your country at checkout and the available postage services will show up, the choice is yours.
US orders are currently disabled due to tariffs.
How much is shipping?
It is calculated automatically at checkout. Add your items and enter your address and the exact cost shows up before you pay.
Please do not email asking for a shipping quote. I genuinely do not know, the checkout does.
What is the fastest shipping method?
Australia Post Express is the fastest to most places.
Sendle is usually next day to most metro areas in NSW and VIC.
Does your filament work in the AMS, CFS and other material systems?
YES! Every roll ships on a plastic spool, which plays much nicer with the AMS, CFS and other modern material systems than the old cardboard rolls did.
What is the easiest material to start with?
PLA. It is the most common material in 3D printing, super easy to work with, and it usually prints fine straight out of the box.
Do you offer B2B pricing and payment terms?
YES! Schools, businesses, unis and any entity with a valid ABN can set up a B2B account. Eligible low risk customers can pay up to 30 days after the order ships.
