What ControlP is
ControlP is a 3D printer filament brand designed, blended and extruded in Australia. The brand is built by Siddament, the team behind siddament.com.au and the Sydney warehouse that already stocks over 1200 SKUs across global brands. ControlP brings that catalogue thinking to a locally-produced line.

Tight tolerance: what it actually means
Filament diameter is supposed to be 1.75 mm. Cheap filament varies by 0.05 mm or more across a single spool. Tight tolerance means staying within a much smaller window, batch after batch. The result: consistent flow rate, consistent first layer, consistent strength. ControlP is being built around this from the start.
Minimal failure rate
The single biggest cost of cheap filament is not the price per kilo. It is the cost of failed prints: hours of time, ruined first layers, mid-print stops at 4 am, parts that snap because a layer did not bond. ControlP is designed to push that failure rate as close to zero as the chemistry allows.
