The industrial printer engineers actually need
The Prusa Pro HT90 is a desktop-sized, fully-assembled industrial FDM machine built around a genuinely heated 90 °C chamber and two swappable print heads — so one printer covers everything from everyday engineering plastics right up to high-performance polymers like PEEK and PEI (Ultem).
Two swappable print heads
- High-Flow head — up to 300 °C, for ABS, ASA, PETG, PA, PC, PCCF, PP, FLEX (TPU/TPE) and PLA at serious throughput (up to 40 mm³/s).
- High-Temperature head — up to 500 °C with an abrasive-resistant quick-swap Revo nozzle, for PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, PSU, PPS, PES and PEI (Ultem).
- Magnetic quick-swap mounting; Revo nozzles from 0.25 mm to 1.4 mm.
