Just a heads up to future pickup customers
Due to a recent interaction with a long time customer, here's a few reminders if you haven't caught on already.
While pickups are 24/7 the pickup email states to contact me via messages to inform me of a pickup time and date so I'm available, please do not just rock up WITHOUT A MESSAGE and expect me to serve you while I was awake working till 6am in the morning. while this is rare it has happened only 4 times in the past 2 years.
If you do happen to rock up without warning, don't text me "are you available for pickup" , say "I'm outside your place" right now and ill get up and sort out your pickup.
Its not a walk in shop. MESSAGE FIRST
Now if you avoid everything up there and still rock up, your not gonna get a pickup due to me being either asleep or tired so don't blame me for wasting your time.
Restocking fees
Are never charged I have not used a restocking fee its mostly in place to combat against fake orders where multiple rolls are bought to obtain free shipping then returned. so check your invoices before blasting me over the phone!
Phone calls
message me first do not call me I will not answer, if its a telephone line I can see that and answer that either way. Side note If you chat aggressively and start going off on me on the phone, them ill match your energy and respond in the same tone. Don't like being talked to aggressively? then don't act that way.
**TLDR**
Other filament shops exist that serve your 9-5 normal business hours.
Siddament is the polar opposite of that and serves timings that suit me and not a normal 9-5 business, occasionally when I have a good sleep schedule, ill be up from 6am some days.
The site has now been updated to make it clear to the people who don't catch on quickly with it being 1 day or 2 whole years buying siddament.
