PSA TO ALL NEW CUSTOMERS

Thank you for reading this, let’s cut straight to the point.

(TLDR)  if you ask me any question I’ll always answer it but very bluntly but also don’t be scared to ask questions as they are all valid, blunt responses are the norm at siddament.


Due to recent events before you buy from siddament please note how I operate compared to different stores.

 

1. Every question you have will always be answered but it will be blunt but informative when you use the chat option, that’s normal that’s the siddament style. I am informal and unprofessional which is what sets siddament apart from other stores and that’s what’s allowed me to thrive for the past 6 years, it’s straight business no BS 

 

2. Don’t blame me for the informal language, when the response given to you…is to help you… I get 20-30 messages per day asking the same question which have been answered 10x before or are listed on the site, even if you are a new person to 3d printing the information is there, if you ask me the question I’ll always answer it but very bluntly but also don’t be scared to ask questions as they are all valid… I’m not trying to be a smartass… I just want information transferred as efficiently as possible as there’s just one of me.

3. Read it again so you’ve got the information if this cannot suit your style I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

If you are a school or business, it’s the same, it’s blunt but informative so the information can get across as fast as possible.
