HEX #RAL2005
a high-quality filament made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). This filament offers exceptional mechanical strength, excellent impact resistance, and reliable durability. It is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including functional prototypes, mechanical parts, and engineering projects.
Sidd's Notes and applications
Inspired by my visit to the Prusament factory in Prauge in 2023, This matte orange pla is inspired by Prusament Orange... But its also UV reactive and is essentially a very very fluro orange. Its unlike any filament I've seen, its close to the colour of Prusament, a few shades off but the photos do not do it justice. The photos overexpose the orange making it look red but in person, this thing is bright F***ing orange :) . Applicable to be used in regular household items, figurines and models, as long as the printed part is placed in temperatures below 60c, this is the perfect material to use!
Colour Variation Disclaimer
Colour Variation Disclaimer
I will always aim for having the same colour across multiple batches, but with such a wide range of materials, a colour variation between batches is bound to happen eventually, while it is rare, it can still occur. If a colour is noticeably different it will be sold off as clearance stock.

I had to spend a day today to get this working as it's my first time using ASA. I think it might be just ASA but my generic settings with the K1 max did not work. I used 245 deg C print temp. I had to increase the extrusion rate(flow ratio) to 1.036 from 0.926. That's 11% up from default. I had to make sure inner and outer brim was set (misicilaneous settings) and still everynow and then the stick to the bed is not enough. When the k1 really got moving the fillament would just tear. I could see this in some of the later test runs after settting the temp and extrusion rate. The default volumetric speed setting for ASA on the K1 max is 14mm3/S. For this I needed to reduce it to 9mm3/s and it's now printing really well. Can't wait to try the pieces out. If there was a default setting setup they could give for the K1 it would be great.
This orange is bright and beautiful! Looks much better in person than the product photo. See review photo (also in photo is Fluro Yellow ABS)
The colour really stands out as it quite bright. Nice ABS to print with, no warping or layer adhesion problems. Good filament. BTW, it took less than 24 hrs to reach me (Melb) from pick up (Syd).
