The easier version to print compared to CF, GF prints much nicer and easier then CF and requires less drying in my experience.
Use a hardened nozzle and make sure to dry the roll first, if it doesnt work dry it again

I will always aim for having the same colour across multiple batches, but with such a wide range of materials, a colour variation between batches is bound to happen eventually, while it is rare, it can still occur. If a colour is noticeably different it will be sold off as clearance stock.
